Boobs? Yes! Balls? Not so much.

Well it seems that if you show your balls in public that you can earn some time in court. In the case of a woman down in South Carolina the following is proven true, but she's not being charged for public nudity offences. Nope. It's for the FAKE pair of testicles she hung off the back of her pick up truck. And for many it's a relief because if she actually had a pair of balls to show, the story would have a much different tone and ending. But now with this situation a jury has to decide if the woman broke the state's obscenity laws or not. What a fantastic way to put our taxpayers money to use. That's what America's court system was built for. Taking time to gather a jury to ask if they believe it was inappropriate enough to give a $445 fine. I can feel the Justice taking place already. Meanwhile in California a prostitute from India is giving a blow job on the traffic light corner to a cop who is willing to pay $445 for a good night. Yeah. That's America for you!

And what would we do without the brave Police Chief who spotted the eye sore? It was reported that he saw it from the convenience store he was in. What the hell are you doing in a store? Go do real Police work! What kind of a lazy ass cop are you? And then you have the nerve to give someone a fine. She was probably heading out to work, but he wouldn't know about that would he. I don't feel safe in a society where a kid has to bring home a ticket to his mom because he wasn't wearing a helmet, yet a corrupt cop can get away with murder. It just isn't right.

South Carolina law considers a bumper sticker, decal or device indecent when it describes, in an offensive way as determined by contemporary community standards,

"sexual acts, excretory functions, or parts of the human body."

Luckily the woman was able to get an attorney for free. It turns out shes just a 65 year old woman. Think of all the danger she could have caused if no one stopped her. What a big fuss about nothing. I really don't care what you put on your car or house or what ever. As long as it doesn't cross the line I think it's fine. That's what I always say. Men have balls and women are attracted to balls. I guess the only people possibly offended by this are lesbians. The court session will be held in a couple weeks. I hope the Truck owner doesn't have to pay anything.
